Refund Policy

Our promise

We want you to pay only for value you actually receive. If the product doesn’t help you, we’d rather refund you than keep your money. The rules below tell you exactly when a refund applies.

1. Free scan

The public risk scan is free. There’s nothing to refund.

2. Recovery Kit (one-time purchase)

If within 14 days of purchase the Recovery Kit did not help you submit a complete appeal to Google — for any reason — email support@gbprevive.com from the address on your account and we will refund the full purchase price.

After 14 days, refunds on the Recovery Kit are handled case-by-case and are generally not granted unless there was a technical failure that prevented delivery.

3. Protection plan (monthly subscription)

Protection is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

7-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your first Protection payment and you have not acknowledged or resolved any alerts, email us and we’ll refund that first payment.

We do not refund partial months after the first billing cycle. If a renewal was clearly unintentional (for example, you meant to cancel but missed the window by a day or two) email us — we will generally refund the most recent charge as a one-time courtesy.

4. Agency plans

Agency plans follow the same rules as Protection: cancel anytime, no partial-month refunds after the first cycle, and the same 7-day first-payment guarantee.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted where we have reasonable evidence of: abuse of the service, breach of our Terms of Service, fraudulent chargebacks, or scanning / operating on profiles the user is not authorised to act on.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@gbprevive.com from the email address on your account. Include your order or subscription reference if you have it. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle (our payment processor) and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right you may have under the law of your country of residence.
