1. Who we are
GBPRevive (“GBPRevive”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at gbprevive.com and the associated software-as-a-service product for scanning, recovering, and monitoring Google Business Profiles. By using the service you (“you”, “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What the service does
GBPRevive analyses publicly available information about your website and Google Business Profile listing, returns a risk assessment, generates recovery / appeal guidance, and (on paid plans) runs the same analysis on a schedule to alert you if risk signals change. GBPRevive is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. One-time products (such as the Recovery Kit) are billed once at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then. Prices and included limits are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with at least 14 days’ notice for existing subscribers.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is available at /refund and forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to scan domains, listings, or businesses you do not own or are not authorised to analyse on behalf of the owner.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or rebrand the service without a signed agreement.
- Use the service to harass, defame, or submit false information to Google or any third party.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. No guarantee of outcome
Google’s decisions on suspensions, reinstatements, and profile visibility are made solely by Google. GBPRevive provides analysis, recommendations, and drafting tools, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome from Google, including reinstatement of suspended profiles, ranking changes, or absence of future suspensions.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its code, design, and content we generate, is owned by GBPRevive. Reports, appeal drafts, and other outputs we generate for you may be used by you for your own business or your clients’ businesses, but may not be resold as a standalone product. You retain ownership of the business data and documents you upload.

10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific risk score, recommendation, or appeal draft is accurate for your specific situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBPRevive’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law in your jurisdiction.
